My son and I dropped into the dealership on a rainy day just after they closed. I was shocked by the hospitality and responsiveness by the General Manager Linda Quiroz, the Sales Manager Scott Boschert, and the Sales Consultant Jay Samudio. Not only were they open for business after hours, but I think they all got a little wet from the rain. "No pressure" is what was apparent from the outset which is not typical of dealing with a car dealership. They exhibited great professionalism and were a pleasure to deal with. Even doing the final paperwork with their Business Manager Paul Khin was a great experience. My wife and son had shopped various manufacturers and we decided that this was the best choice for our son. After studying all the options, we thought this meets everything important to us. So for Safety reasons, Style, and Functionality, we opted to purchase the HRV sport.
